If you enable the AI Analysis feature, the App may securely transmit only the following three health metrics to the AI provider, DeepSeek, to generate insights:
No other health data or personal identifiers are transmitted to the AI service provider, DeepSeek.
We do not send personally identifiable information to DeepSeek. This includes your name, email address, Apple ID, account identifiers, or device identifiers.
DeepSeek processes the data solely to generate AI insights for the AI Analysis feature and is required to maintain data protection standards that are equal to or greater than those described in this Privacy Policy.
Stress level, sleep data and wrist temperature data will be sent to the AI provider DeepSeek only after you give AI analysis permission before using the AI analysis feature. You can disable AI Analysis feature anytime in the App’s Settings.
The shared health metrics are used only to generate personalized insights and responses within the AI Analysis feature. This data is not used for advertising purposes and is not used to train AI models.
The information we collect from you comprises the data you willingly provide. This data is utilized solely to deliver the services you've requested. For example, our app does use third party services such as Google Drive that may collect inforamtion used to identify you. Rest assured, we do not engage in the sale of your data to any third parties.
Within our app, you have the option to send the notes you've generated to various third-party backup services, including Google Drive, accessible through our platform. Additionally, you can elect to import PDF documents from your Google Drive directly into our app. You can also choose to sync up the notes you created in our applications across your devices through Apple iCloud services. We want to inform users that these third parties have access to their Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
